- Table/spaces are $50 for the first table and $45 for each additional table. Tables are approximately 30" x 96". Two chairs will be provided for each vendor space rental. Electric is included; however, extension cords will likely be needed. Please reserve spaces 2 weeks in advance with payment. First time vendors MUST pay with cashier's check or money order.
- Fair times are 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. We ask all vendors to please stay setup until the fair closes at 4:00 pm. This is out of respect for fair goers and other vendors. You will be subject to a $25 fine if you tear down early.
- Setup times vary per location (ask for setup times). Please be considerate of people unloading for the fair and try not to lock entrances for too long. Vehicles are not allowed in the building.
- Vendors selling birds must have all birds ready for the day of the fair by 9:00 am for a vet check.
- Birds must have been in the possession of the vendor for at least 30 days prior to the fair.
- While un-feathered/un-weaned babies are allowed at the fair, as they are being fed, they may not be sold.
- Any birds that are unclean, in inappropriate cages or are sick in appearance will be removed from the premises at the discretion of the CICBC.
- The health of the birds you sell is very important, so please be considerate of everyone and sell clean and healthy birds. \
- Live bird sales must include a receipt including sellers contact information, species, age (if known).
- Disinfectant MUST be provided for potential buyers before and after the handling of birds.
- Aisles are to be kept clear at all times due to fire regulations.
- CICBC reserves the right to remove any non-bird related merchandise.
- CICBC is not responsible for any vendor/buyer disputes; resolutions are up to the individuals.
- CICBC is not responsible for accidents, lost or stolen items or the negligence of others. This includes escaped birds.
- All vendors shall place their chairs on the rolling carts at the end of the day.
- NO SMOKING is allowed in the build by state law.
- All vendors agree to not have a booth at any fair in Metropolitan Indianapolis, that is competing with our fair 30 days preceding or 30 days after our fair.
